Wellbeing in the Digital World – FREE 6 week online course starts February 22nd 2022.

Join us online on Tuesday February 22nd from 7.30 to 8.45 pm for this free online programme to promote wellbeing and mental health.  The course is for adults, parents, teachers and carers  as well as for over 16s and their families.

To book please email info@starjumpz.com (Spaces are limited)

This course is run by Tj Power who has a deep understanding of the Digital World, a young person who has grown up in this world, the son of digital pioneers and early adopters of new technology. Having studied Psychology, Neuroscience and Mindfulness, he is passionate about helping people improve their mental health and wellbeing in the digital world.

In addition to supporting adults, Tj is committed to helping young people whose lives are negatively affected by the digital world and social media. In the last 18 months with changes due to Covid 19, the impact of the digital world has contributed to the deterioration in the mental health of many young people. This course is also suitable for young people from 16 years upwards to attend, ideally with their parents or carers so families can work together to support a healthier relationship with the digital world and to improve wellbeing and mental fitness. The course is recommended for teachers who wish to support their pupils with their wellbeing and the management of their digital lives.

Starjumpz is supporting this course with members of the clinical team attending to contribute to the interactive parts of the course.

Each of the 6 sessions will be held online via Zoom and will be recorded for later viewing. The live sessions are held on Tuesday evenings from 7.30 until 8.45pm with a Q & A session at the end which will not be recorded to protect privacy.
