Assessments and treatment sessions are paid for in advance.
Starjumpz operates a cancellation policy. Cancellations within less than 24 hours notice will incur a full session charge.

Safeguarding
The protection and safety of children is of paramount importance. Having a safe and secure environment to learn and grow is imperative and at the forefront of our approach at Starjumpz.
All children have a right to be protected and kept out of harm’s way and we recognise that children who visit and use Starjumpz services who may be neurodiverse and/or have learning disabilities may be more vulnerable to harm than others. Thus, we approach this policy with careful consideration and extra care will be taken when interpreting possible signs of abuse or neglect.
